“Good stay for a night or two. Great central location. Room size typically small for a city centre hotel, but adequate. Nice en-suite bathroom with bath, a bonus. Staff as friendly as ever, we returning guests. Breakfast ok, limited hot food options. Juices wonderful. Overall a good hotel and will stay again.”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……

“Um problema de todos os hotéis da Europa é a Netflix. A tv francesa não é boa. Se vocês quiserem se destacar, coloquem Netflix naquela tv gigante que fica no quarto. Só isso que eu melhoraria. ”

“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”
