“The moment I arrived at Ellena Resort, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was spectacular. I was greeted with a welcome coconut drink and was informed about the amenities. Waking up every morning to the view outside my room was breathtaking. I stayed in the largest villa with private pool. It had everything I needed and more. I ate at the restaurant “Papa Ubud” every day. Breakfast was more than filling and I enjoyed the fresh coffee and smoothies. I was able to rent a moped……

“The resort is quite new and everything is in great shape. Having a private plunge pool is very nice. I love the high ceiling in the room and decor is lovely. Beds were comfortable and linens good quality. Ordering dinner - had to order in advance (1 hour minimum) but food was great and service was also excellent. Massage - there is only one room with two tables so my friend and I were in the same room and only about a foot apart. The massage was just okay. Road to get in is very narrow……

“The hotel is lovely: fresh, well designed, and a great pool. The food is very good. But the very best part was diving. Bastien, the dive master at the Emocean, is genuinely superb. Not only does he follow all the protocols of good, responsible diving, he is patient, charming and an exceptional instructor. Thanks to Bastien, my diving has leveled way up. I even did my first cave dive with him. I initially thought that for next year's trip to Amed I would stay in town (closer to the shops), but……

“從市包車要4〜5h車程：這裡最棒的是房間內，和這裡可愛的員工，我們非常喜愛我們的管家！他就像貼心的老友。房間以外的部份公設區塊建設未完成也沒有在繼續施工，餐廳也不健全，但食物好吃。第一天夜裡洗澡沒熱水，打電話去等了20分鐘。房價含wi-fi，但wi-fi完全不能連線飯店也無法解決。海灘是岩岸、黑色小石頭的海灘。我們的villa和隔壁的villa圍牆的盡頭，圍牆不知為何被敲掉一大塊：圍牆高度只到我胸部、牆下還有個大洞的可以互通、互看，如果隔壁也有客人入住我們會很不自在、毫無隱私可言，酒店還需要改進。”

“Virkelig et funn for partur. Vi bodde i villa nr 2 og senere nr 3 og begge var helt fantastiske. Infinitybassenget var supert og nydelige uteområder. Også meget usjenert. Selvfølgelig et stykke å reise (ca 3 timer med bil, transfer ca 40 EUR), men det var det verdt. ”
