“I absolutely loved this hotel. 3 couples stayed here recently and the hotel was a standout for me, out of all the ones on the tour we did of Romania. The concierge, Mayer, was lovely, so helpful and professional. The hotel is appointed beautifully and is very comfortable. The welcome champagne was lovely too. If I return to Bucharest I will stay here again. It's close to a couple of good bars that serve food too. Big thanks to Mayer for making the stay so memorable. ”

“Horrible. I arrived at 10:45pm and the address is not clearly marked. I checked my email for information or instructions, barely a word except check in closes midnight and a phone number. I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply. I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner……

“This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice”

“Not 5 stars! 2.5! Had to reset the internet a few times each day. Bathtub was all mildewed, the other bathroom was missing the shower door and had no shower curtain. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, the carpets were stained and not even fully attached to the floor. The the view was not as expected. This was a case of pretty decor covering up a lot. We contacted Hotels as soon as we checked in, but could not be refunded. Be careful with this one!!!”
