Abaco National Park Tours

If you have respiratory problems, don't go. There was mold on the two red chairs. No doubt the mold was also on every fabric in there. Now, I am very sick with runny nose. I was told that I could leave before 3 :00 THAT DAY or move upstairs (A lot of steep stairs)or get a refund. There was a kitten "body" greeting me upon arrival and several cats still alive upon the property. The person that checked me in was "one of her renters" and seemed quite put out by having to deal with me. Owner was not there. Yamacraw Beach is not good at dawn or dusk (Biting flies-a lot of them)AND is not easy to find. No signage and grossly littered😢 Luckily, I brought citronella roll-on because I was walking. I really loved having the pool to myself and the response of owner. Overall, an absolute NO on this property

Not worth $1500 for 3 days 4 nights. The food was mediocre and only a select few items were edible. The drinks were good but there was a wait to get serviced. The app is useless for placing in tickets for concerns as staff ignored/rejected any requests. The phone and tv in the room was broken. The toilet constantly wouldn’t flush or get fixed. The staff pretended to listen and act on concerns but there was never any resolutions. Half of the staff are friendly and will greet you while others side eye you and make smart remarks. I only enjoyed the pools, beach, drinks, and Kullinarium restaurant that served the best dishes.

We went with a group of 45 for a wedding. The pool was great. Lots of food offerings at buffet which were decent. Room was updated and air while loud worked great. Internet for watching tv was inconsistent and phone did not work. Caulking in bathroom was not done correctly. The customer service was inconsistent and lacking in many ways. Some staff was very friendly and helpful but overall did not seem interested in going above for guests. Workers could be rude or not helpful in some places. Activities were closed or large wait times in between for example music at the pool was off for extended periods . The wedding coordinator mistakenly told the hair and make up the wrong time for ceremony. The wait staff for the reception did not know what was ordered and ran out of dishes that were iordered. Resort has potential to be great but misses the mark in too many areas.
