      The tv was broken and when we reported it the staff said they already knew.... then why didn’t they fix it before they checked us into that room? The dining staff was unfriendly. They just gathered in the corner and talked. The breakfast was overcooked or old.

      Gone a bit downhill of late

      Breakfast was very disappointing. Very little ready although it was 9.30 Had to order bacon to be cooked and it was very fatty and undercooked when it arrived. Chef on his mobile phone at service, staff uncommunicative apart from one young lad. Also disappointing that there was no jacuzzi and part of pool closed
