“Maria, who is front of house, was so welcoming and later, in the dining room she tirelessly looked after us and all the other guests. The food was fantastic and I understand her husband is head chef, Joseph Colman. The rooms were attractive and very comfortable with lovely bathrooms. I would certainly recommend this as a wonderful getaway. ”

“We thought it was a peaceful location but it was a shame it rained most of the time. Jeremy is an excellent host. We rented over Christmas and even set up a Christmas tree with lights.”

“We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. ”
