"This establishment is phenomenal! The staff is completely 5 star! Everyone was so helpful and professional. Upon arrival the valet got the car and Johnson had our luggage and brought it to the room once we were checked in and comfortable. He showed us how everything in the suite worked which was awesome. So many buttons I would never have figured it out. Check in with Stephany was great. She was friendly and professional and the banter was just so easy. The check in desk was a little busy and a lady tried to jump ahead of me in the line. This did not go unnoticed by the staff and although she got to the desk before me she was rerouted in a very pleasant and professional manner and was advised by the staff that I had been waiting longer than her and they would get to her as soon as possible. Stephany also gave us a brief synopsis of the hotels history as we were commenting on the interesting back drop on the walls behind the check in desks. I love how this hotel ties in with the rich history of UAE. When we were checking out Stephany remembered us from the day before even though she must have checked in 100 other ppl in that time span. We ordered room service twice and they came in a timely manner and again were friendly and professional. Went to the rooftop pool and temp was perfect. And my room was to die for!! I stayed in the Fantastic Suite and it was just that. I do not have anything negative to say about this place. You will not be disappointed with your stay here."
