“Purtroppo, nonostante le aspettative, siamo rimasti molto delusi. Laciando stare i 6km di sterrato di cui eravamo a conoscenza, abbiamo trovato la casa molto trascurata e sporca. C'erano ragnatele ovunque, il piano cottura molto sporco e le stoviglie sono conservata dentro mobili senza lo schienale, e nella caffettiera c'era addirittura la ruggine, infatti non l'abbiamo usata. L'annuncio parla di una villa ma credo che sarebbe più giusto chiamarla casa, perchè se uno dice villa si hanno delle……

“My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger.”

“Herrlich gelegen, mitten in der Natur und doch nur einige Kilometer von der Innenstadt Ascoli Picenos entfernt, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und angelegt. Sehr viel Platz, um sich je nach Tageszeit, Wetter und persönlicher Vorliebe an unterschiedlichen Stellen erholen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen! P.S. wir haben die Tenuta als Basislager benutzt, um von hier aus Motorradtouren in die Abruzzen, die Marken und bis ins Lazio zu unternehmen: herrlich!”
