I feel I was given a room upgrade, when comparing to my friend’s room - which was highly appreciated.
Staff were extremely helpful: Elena organised a spa circuit for us while we were waiting for the room to be ready and recommended local eateries.
Definitely will stay here again when we visit Madrid next time.

"We visited this parador for 2 nights and the view of the town makes this hotel spacial, both in the day and at night. It's not walkable to town (well it is but a good 40 mins) so a taxi is an inexpensive way to go in. If you drive parking is easy and convenient, with elevators saving you a long walk ..."
