Manager Lilit was terrible, not service oriented. Planning to follow up with HQ. I think Accor needs to invest in training their staff to be more service oriented.

Hotel was clean, bed comfy, provided items great, but the hotel is old and a bit tired. Due to the age you can hear every footstep in the room above you - but for the price you would not find a better hotel within a couple of hundred meters of the main square and it would never be as clean!!
