You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!

What a fabulous hotel in beautiful Taormina ! Staff were fantastic - breakfast outstanding - and the hotel is situated in a great spot to walk out the door & find some great dining options. The view of Mt. Etna AND the Med from our room - spectacular !!
