Our apartment is equipped with everything necessary , and here you will find all you need for a perfect holiday. Comfortable kitchen, Plasma TV with local and European channels, unlimited Internet Wi-Fi, spacious terrace to dine al fresco and watch the sun go down... and the most importand - the great location of the property...

Not more than 5 minutes walk to the award-winning "Siam Park", and famous aqua-park "Aqualand Octopus".



Just 150m away is one of the biggest shopping centers in the South of Tenerife - Commercial Centre San Eugenio, whith supermarket "Mercadona", dozens of shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, hairdressers, banks, etc, medical centre and sports facilities.



Only 2 minutes walk to a wonderful sandy Beach few kilometers long, where you can enjoy water skiing, jet-skiing, bananas rides, parasailing, catamaran sailing, etc.

Famous award-winning restaurants - Molino Blanco, Zena and Pinocchio, are just 5 minutes walking.

Nearby there is a small private marina - "Club Nautico", where you can practice or learn sailing, and where you can take boat trips, fishing and scuba diving.

July 2024 stay

Excellent communication from start to finish with Alex the property manager, my flight was an hour late so delayed my arrival but was no problem for Alex. He was efficient and professional showing me around the property and arranging check out whenever i wanted at end of my stay. The accomodation was was described in the description, i had stayed in the same complex before so chose the accomodation as a knew the area. The attitional cold air fan was a godsend as the fan from the main light doesn't provide enough cool air for summer temperatures. Another good point was the amount of bedding, and towels for bathroom and also for sunbathing provided with the property.
