"Sea Retro Getaway" An ideal space for workers and holiday makers alike!

Step back into the 60's!
Unique, original 60's architecture and decore 5 houses from the Semaphore beach and less than 3 minutes walk to Semaphore Rd boasting more than 15 restaurants, cafes, supermarkets (7am to 10pm,) a major cinema and more! Across the Port River is the Port Adelaide with many historical sites,
river cruises, Art Galleries and dolphin watching from canoes.
Five kms north of Semaphore is the North Haven Yacht Club and on Sundays the fruit and vegetable market is open from 7am to 12 midday. You also have fresh fish sold straight off the boats from the previous nights catch!
Additional rules and policies:
$170 for one bedroom, $40 for use of 2nd bedroom even if there are only two guests.
Iff you wish to have the pool area for a private function or it's possible to book it in advance for $120 for the day.

All children from 10 to 17 years must be able to swim. Children under 10 years MUST be with an adult at all times. Pool open hours 9am to 7pm.
All heating, cooling and indoor lights to be always turned off when leaving the property going out or when your stay is completed.
No climb the stairs to the roof. Do not enter private areas in the large back yard e.g. tool shed, garage, office. The kitchen and toilet negotiable
