- House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

- Charges of water and electricity (meter reading on the day of arrival)


This bright villa has a spacious 110 m2 living room and pool. You can visit the surroundings of the Canal du Midi aboard a small barge or by bike, Cap d’Agde seaside resort and its naturist area, leisure area with casino, nightclubs, amusement park, golf course, tennis court, diving, aqualand, etc. The TGV station is 3 km away, the nearest airport is 10 km away and the motorway access is 55 km away. 12 km away in the hinterlands, you will find the Hereault gorges where you can go canoeing, swimming

under the Pont du Diable and visiting various caves. Our regional products and the Midi sun will enchant you.
