The villa consists of a large living room with an American kitchen fully equipped for moments of sharing with ease, a beautiful pool terrace for moments of relaxation, two separate sleeping areas with a master bedroom (bathroom bath - wc and queen-size bed, dressing room). Upstairs a bathroom, separate WC, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 bunk beds ideal for children overlooking a terrace.
Emphasis was placed on the exclusive nature of the luxury services: air conditioning, heating, internet, washing machine, freezer, garage. In addition, household linen is provided in the rental.
Located near shops and supermarkets. Ideally located to adopt a rhythm of walking or cycling, discover the beach restaurants, the port and the local markets.

Fantastic villa
We absolutely loved the villa. Had everything we needed. Very private. Lovely pool and pool area - poolside toilet was a bonus to prevent traipsing through the house, and outside shower too. There was an unexpected barbecue and table tennis table too. Only one small thing to note - take towels. Towels in the bathroom were provided but only 1 per person and they were on the small side (and scratchy too). We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Villa
Thank you Thierry. You have a lovely villa situated in a great position. This villa has everything that you could need for a fabulous holiday. It’s close to the beach, and has a lovely pool for a swim before breakfast. Super restaurant’s near by and an amazing hypermarket in 5 minutes drive. There are a lot of beautiful places to visit, even getting a train to Montpellier ( 2 euros pp return! ). We would totally recommend this villa

Mooie villa dicht bij zee
Een moderne ruime villa dicht bij zee van alle gemakken voorzien, waar we een fijne vakantie hebben gehad. Ondanks de eerste dagen wat minder weer is er genoeg in de omgeving te zien en te doen. Eigenaar is heel aardig en zeer snel met reageren Doet zelf de ontvangst. Spreekt beetje Engels. Per saldo een goede keuze voor een mooie cultuur en fijne strandvakantie.

Gute Küche und Küchenausstattung, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeeautomat,Glasschiebetüren, Terasse in erster Etage, Garage, Grillplatz, Pool-Terasse, Garten - in kultiviert Lage und Strandnähe. Schöne Gegend. Une très belle et grande villa. Tres bien équipée. Calme et agréable endroit. Le jardin est plus grand que sur les photos. La piscine est parfait pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible pour vous quad vous avez besoin. On reviendra sûrement l’année prochaine.

Einfach perfekt!
Sobald man in das Haus kommt, fühlt man sich wohl! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es hat uns insgesamt nichts gefehlt. Pool und Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Ich würde dieses Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Très belle maison
La maison est très spacieuse et pratiquement meublée. Il correspond à la description en tous points. Elle est très propre. La piscine est assez grande pour nager. Le jardin est joliment aménagé. Parfait !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Thierry. La maison est conforme en tous points aux photos et à l’annonce sur le site. Elle est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, d’une propreté irréprochable. Elle est située à 20 min à pieds du mail de Rochelongue et des commerces et à 8 min en voiture des supermarchés. La plage est accessible à pieds. Le quartier est très calme. L’espace piscine est superbe. Une barrière de protection avait été installée pour empêcher l’accès à nos jeunes enfants. Nous remercions Thierry pour sa gentillesse.

Traumhaftes Haus mit nettem Vermieter
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unseren Kinder fehlten beim ersten Durchgehen die Worte. Es ist fast neu und modern ausgestattet. Großer Gefrierschrank und diverse Küchengeräte sind vorhanden. Alles funktioniert super. Die Klimaanlage hilft, dass es auch an heißen Tage drinnen kühl bleibt um angenehm schlafen zu können. Dafür sind auch die Betten sehr sehr gut. Gute Matratzen und ebenfalls sehr stabil gebaute Betten ohne knarren usw. Auch die Aufteilung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der Pool war für die Kids ein Highlight und auch für uns immer wieder eine Abkühlung wert. Praktisch war dabei die Toilette draußen, so dass die Kids sich nicht erst komplett abtrocknen mussten, wenn es mal nötig wurde. Thierry als Vermieter ist super. Sehr sehr freundlich und wenn mal was ist antwortet er oft in wenigen Minuten. Bei der Einführung bekamen die Kids ein Eis und auch für uns waren 2 Flaschen Wein im Kühlschrank, aber auch Dinge wie Kohle, einige Gewürze usw. die man nicht immer komplett benötigt, bleiben einfach am Haus für den nächsten Mieter. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und kommen gerne wieder!

Notre séjour vient de se finir et nous avons été enchantés de cette belle villa, du quartier et de son propriétaire Thierry qui nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné. La villa est meublée avec goût et nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour un séjour merveilleux ! Nous venons de passer une semaine très plaisante dans cette superbe maison. Thierry nous attendait à notre arrivée et nous a fait visiter la maison. Son accueil a été très chaleureux et il a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La maison est confortable, décorée avec goût et tout y est pensé pour le confort des vacanciers. La piscine est fort appréciable et dispose même d une douche extérieure et d un wc attenant. La propreté est irréprochable. Encore un immense merci à Thierry 🤗
