"This is our 2nd stay at Villa Olive & we can’t fault it. Fabulous outside area, lovely pool & the villa has all the things you need for a wonderful break, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and a perfectly sized fridge. It’s a quiet area, easy to get to from Murcia Int & the supermarket is a short drive away. Everything is very comfortable, easy to use and honestly, we never want to leave - so much so, we’re already sorted for next year! Thanks to Rob for his great welcome and Ben & Giles...

"This is a lovely little villa in a quiet plaza with very nice gardens, next to the restaurant Los Conteros. Its within easy walking distance of Villaricous and the market square. It has a well equipped kitchen and when we stayed it was also well stocked with herbs and spices bought from the local market. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return next year. Darren & Ohnmar"

"It's a great house, we stayed here for more than two months and we felt so at home. When we arrived, there was new air conditioning installed in every room the day before, so the house is suitable for over winter stays, it has everything for that. Overall, we lived it."

"Richard's house was absolutely wonderful. The pictures can not really capture how great it is.The location is so peaceful and private and surrounded by so much beautiful nature. We only saw 1 other person on the beach during the whole week. We loved the traditional design of the house and all of the character that it has. It is really a special place and we would love to come back some day. Aside from that Richard was a wonderful host and the house was very clean. Thank you!!"

"Beautiful location with sea views and access to the beach. Very comfortable house , well equiped kitchen and a variety of outside seatimg , with BBQ. Probably due to the time of year ( mid Jan - mid Feb), wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We appreciated the outside space which has been nicely planted to provide a green garden area to relax in."

"We had a 7.5hr drive to the property but Luis called us about 1.5hrs before we arrived to check what time we would be there so the property manager could be there to meet us. "The staff in every area are wonderful. It's a very Spanish environment which we loved. Spanish couples,families and groups of all ages and types. Food was of fantastic quality and value - and fresh different options every day. The pool is actually like two large pools, one deep , so great for swimming. Both pools kept clean and no inflatables or ball games except organised water polo. Lots of sunbeds Right on the sea. Negatives? The parasols need replacing, and the rooms are large but very basic furnishings. However spotless and bathrooms refurbished. Aircon centrally controlled and we like much cooler. But this is a Spanish hotel and like Spanish taxis, warm for us. The beach looks great but sand coarse and gritty. It shelves immediately. So overall fantastic value and thankfully very Spanish. If you want English experience wrong resort for you. "
