Modern ecological villa with all comfort Aigues Mortes

The house is a detached, spacious, atypical house. It was built with natural and ecological materials (interior plasters in lime, exterior walls in volcanic rock, insulation of the roofs in natural wool). The house benefits from all modern comforts (programmable shutters, automatic gate, automatic watering, alarm protection system). It has a quiet and pleasant 400 m2 outdoor garden. It is made up of lawn, a small play park for children and several terraces allowing you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. You will be a 15 minute walk from the ramparts of Aigues Mortes allowing you to enjoy the beautiful city while being quiet in a residential area. The nearest beach is at Grau du Roi, 6 km from Aigues Mortes.
The location of Aigues Mortes allows you to enjoy a tourist town in the heart of the Camargue regional park while being close to seaside resorts and beaches. The towns of Arles and Nîmes are 45 km away; the city of Montpellier 35 km.

Un très beau séjour !

De la réservation de la propriété au rendu des clefs, Xavier fut un hôte chaleureux, rapide et arrangeant. La maison quant à elle est très belle, propre et intelligemment aménagée. Pas si loin d’Aigues-Mortes et dans un environment calme. Nous recommandons vivement !

Hervorragend!

Das Ferienhaus hält alles, was es verspricht. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum historischen Stadtkern von Aigues-Mortes. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter war problemlos via E-Mail oder WhatsApp möglich.

Perfect stay

We had plenty of space for us and our 2 kids. The kitchen, garden as well as living room were well equipped for making our stay very enjoyable. Dish washer and washing machine were a big plus and easy in use. The kids loved the garden. The pictures from FeWo represented the house very well. Contact via FeWo or directly with Xavier left nothing to wish for. Thank you for having us there🙌🏻

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Rundum perfekt: Wunderschönes, sauberes, großzügiges, modernes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. In ca. 15 Gehminuten erreicht man die charmante Innenstadt von Aigues-Mortes, zu den schönsten Stränden (z.B. plage de l'espiguette) braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 25 Minuten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und fürsorglich. Also alles so, dass man gern wiederkommen möchte.

Very nice house close to Aigues-Mortes old town

The house is 10min walk from the old town in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy to reach, and has a parking lot. There is small and very nice garden with nice flowers/ trees. The house is pretty new, comfortable and has with everything you need for a good week. We enjoyed it a lot.

Maison bien entretenue, bien équipée et bien placée dans le village d'aiguës mortes typique et tranquille. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute des demandes et du bien-être de ses clients. Maison toute équipée et c'est très agréable. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Merci encore !

Toller Urlaub!

Ds Haus von Xavier ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Xavier ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir hatten zwei Wochen einen gelungenen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, aber nah zum Zentrum

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Sauber, schön eingerichtet, schönee als auf den Bildern, was ja meistens anders herum ist. Alles sauber und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche hier.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten selten eine so schöne Unterkunft! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche bietet alles, was man wirklich zum Kochen benötigt. Von Backofen über Spülmaschine bis zur Quicheform ist alles vorhanden und quasi neuwertig. Zwei Terrassen vor dem Haus mit Sonnensegel und Sonnenschirmen sind toll! Highlight war für uns die weitere kleine Terrasse vor dem Schlafzimmer, für Abende mit einem Glas Rose traumhaft. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt, in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto an dem schönsten Strand der Camargue. Für unseren Sohn war Franklin, die Hausschildkröte eine besondere Freude. Xavier ist ein sehr netter, zuverlässiger und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Astrid, Martin und Xaver

Schönes persönliches Haus im marokkanischen Stil

Grosszügiges Haus mit viel Platz und mit viel Umschwung. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und können es weiter empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut für Familien geeignet.

Toller Rückzugsort

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (6+4), haben 2 tolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist ein guter Rückzugsort bei all dem Trubel während der Ferienzeit. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Die Kinder konnten dank der Ummauerung viel Zeit unbeaufsichtigt draußen verbringen. Auch das das Auto innerhalb abgestellt werden konnte war sehr beruhigend. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und die Raumaufteilung super. Wir konnten viele Abende auf der Terrasse im ersten Stock verbringen. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die vielen Stechmücken. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Zauberhafte Haus, zauberhafter Garten

Wir haben hier zusammen mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Töchtern zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Auch die Haushaltsgerte in der Küche ist hervorragend. Um in die Altstadt von Aigues Mortes zu laufen, braucht man sehr schnellen Schrittes etwa 20 Minuten. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu kritisisren gibt, dann nur diee Kleinikkeit: es gint überhaupt keine deutschen TV-Programme. Das "Heute Journal" hat uns schon gefehlt. Der Vermieter Xavier und seine Frau waren sehr großzügig. Tipp: Essen gehen in der Gegend ist nicht zu empfehlen. Preis- Leistunfsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Aber die Pizzeria ist wunderbar. Auf dem Markt (Mi und So vormittags) bekommt man schön gegrilltes Huhn.
