"Reeked of sewage, lost water in room on second day. Hard climb over shaky bridge to get to property. Didn't provide an itemized receipt for meals when requested. Attempted to double price for passage to next city. Not a nice stay in a poorly maintained property. Food mediocre at best. Surrounding area/gorge fantastic. "

"Our stay at this hotel was great. The hotel is nicely decorated with local aesthetics. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the colorful and cozy common area/dinning room. The room itself is equipped with additional towels, soft shoes and extra blankets. For the dinner our host recommended us to a Riad nearby run by his friend. It was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. In total it was an excellent value for the price. Highly recommend."

"Stay with local people and warm welcomed. we arrived there late, but the ninety three years old grand-mom still cooked very delicious local foods for us. The master of the family stayed with us until we finished our dinner. He also introduced his family members to us and showed us his home, his garden and his pets next morning."

"What a beautiful location. There was a bit of a complication with VRBO since the reservation had not been received by the property manager. But the owner was very gracious and apologetic, and even though it was after dark and since he had no room left, he promptly took us up a mile up the road to his brother's hotel, where we had a wonderful stay free of charge. I would heartily stay at either location again. Also, realize it is about a 40 min drive up the gorge from the city, but well worth it....
