The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with stunning architectural design and impressive attention to detail. However, the bathrooms had a very unpleasant odour that the hotel was unable to resolve during our stay. The swimming pool area was disappointing old, poorly maintained, and in need of renovation. The service there was also very poor. No inspection, no service and very unfriendly
Breakfast I was served by Elaine, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive, but overall the breakfast quality did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. Room service was satisfactory, and the reception team were quick and helpful. The location is decent.generally the hotel was clean

The room was clean and spotless, we stayed in 3 twin bed room which was spacious and the great feature was one full bathroom and one separate half bathroom which was very convenient for us. The staff was very friendly and cordial.

Its a lovely hotel, rooms are very clean,spacious and comfortable. Staff members are all very good. Breakfast was good too althoughbmore option for hot drinks would have been nice. The quality of food was great too.
