"I booked to hotel.com and it says that the amount ill pay was including the taxes..but when I arrived in al eairy apartments 4,they charged me again with taxes..and the bathroom in room 4 still not good..it still smell like stool"

They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm "

Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad."
