We recently stayed at the InterContinental Muscat to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and recognized as VIP guests, which immediately made us feel very special. To our surprise and delight, our room was beautifully decorated with flowers, thoughtful snacks, and a delicious anniversary cake. This personal touch set the tone for a truly unforgettable holiday. A heartfelt thank you goes to Shankar, Merilen, and Jemna for their outstanding care and attentiveness throughout our stay. We also want to recognize the wonderful Club Lounge team—Marian, Anna, Aliyaa, and many others whose names we may not recall—who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the InterContinental family. Every detail of our stay was handled with such thoughtfulness, and it was clear that the entire team takes great pride in making their guests feel valued. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and heartfelt hospitality made our anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning in the future and cannot recommend InterContinental Muscat highly enough to anyone visiting Oman. Everything about the hotel, its facilities and location were exceptional, but we have to mention the friendliness of the hotel staff. Every member of staff we dealt with could not do enough to make our stay extra special. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.
