"I stayed at Wadi Rum for one night. The owner provided dinner for me free of cost because we arrived late. The dinner was chicken, rice and vegetables along with ample amount of tea. Mohammad, the person running the camp was a nice man and we had a pleasant conversation along with a Polish family. The camp is basic with no amenities in the bathroom but thats the whole point of camping. This is not luxury camping but the people running the camp are very hospitable. "We knew what to expect as a desert camp. Accomodation was as expected. Our first room had an issue with the smell so the staff organised us in a new room. No problem and they were very helpful. The only issue about our whole stay was that one of the more senior staff was unhappy about something and yelled for sometimes after the staff and was very loud and we fell really bad about it.It's really unfortunate as it put a dark cloud on our stay. Everything else was good about our stay."

"I spend unique time in the Wadi Rum desert at the colored camp! The location is simply breathtaking and that would be already enough, but also the accommodation and the shared space where I had the meals with the other travelers (Amazing and abundant variation of delicious food!)) was great, very in line with the local bedouin culture. "Had an amazing stay with Ayed Abu Bilal, the place is peaceful, relaxing and a great price. Went for a climbing holiday and he was super helpful offering advice and suggestions on where to go. Also arranging rides to the more remote places away from the village. There’s even topos printed at the hostel as a bonus. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for my partner and I. Overall wonderful time and definitely would stay here again!"

"Our stay at Adel Rum Camp was truly memorable and one of the highlights of our Jordan trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Bedouin hospitality that made us feel at home. The camp is beautifully located deep in the Wadi Rum desert, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and complete peace. The tents were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with warm bedding that made the nights very cosy despite the desert cold. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The traditional dinner was delicious and generous, followed by a lovely evening around the fire under a sky full of stars — an experience we will never forget. The jeep tour arranged by the camp was excellent and gave us a real sense of the beauty and history of Wadi Rum. Everything was well organised and relaxed, without feeling rushed. If you are looking for an authentic, peaceful, and welcoming desert experience, Adel Rum Camp is an excellent choice. Highly recommended, and we would happily return again."
