The room was great !

The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with stunning architectural design and impressive attention to detail. However, the bathrooms had a very unpleasant odour that the hotel was unable to resolve during our stay. The swimming pool area was disappointing old, poorly maintained, and in need of renovation. The service there was also very poor. No inspection, no service and very unfriendly Breakfast I was served by Elaine, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive, but overall the breakfast quality did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. Room service was satisfactory, and the reception team were quick and helpful. The location is decent.generally the hotel was clean

Absolutely fabulous hotel. All of the staff were very attentive. The restaurant staff were exceptional. The room attendants were very thoughtful. The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. And they were gracious enough to allow us a late checkout. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great reception, all round decent hotel although it was being renovated while we were there. And we weren't aware pre stay
