I arrived at the Raddison in Dammam Industrial City tired after a long series of flights and a bit early to officially check in. The receptionist did everything to ensure I was given a suite and was extremely courteous, competent and professional. On the basis of this interaction alone I will be coming back time after time to Raddison Hotels. A very high standard has been set and I look forward to experiencing similar professionalism throughout the Raddison hotel chain.

Exceptional Stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar – A True Home Away from Home My recent stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Everyone—from reception to housekeeping—went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I loved having a full kitchen and even a washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Wi-Fi was fast, and the work area was great for getting things done. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. The evening social gatherings were a lovely bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Al Khobar Corniche. Whether you’re staying short or long term, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, first time in Saudi Arabia, they made me feel at home, I stayed from December 23rd through the 26th in room 519. Amazing view, the best fine dining I’ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast and dinner buffets were more than amazing, I really enjoyed the spa experience as well. Everyone there made me feel valued and appreciated. I will be returning within the next couple of days.
