"My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 night’s and the walk to and from the beach is a breeze! Checking in was so fast and easy! For a single couple it was more than enough room for the both of us! You want breakfast? Waffle House is just across the street lol. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property to anyone, we will be back!"

"Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed Mobile Bay and Gulf of Mexico atmosphere. “Pelican Perch” well named because of the pelicans flying around property and perching on older structures over the water. The cottage was a real plus for us."

"I can't say enough good things about this place. The sunrises and moonrises were incredible. The setting was very private and the neighbors we encountered on our walks were all very friendly. The house was perfect for my family and our little dogs. It felt like the kind of place we used to stay for our childhood vacations. Not fancy, just comfortable. "We booked this little gem at the last minute when coming into town for a 4 day baseball tournament at University of Alabama. The owner was very responsive during booking and with answering questions. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds/pillows were comfy. Showers were great and we had all the conveniences of home. Location was great with easy access to downtown Tuscaloosa dining and shopping. My boys enjoyed the TV with access to Disney+.
