"I had such a lovely stay at the Lillypad! Entry was seamless and everything was extremely clean- not to mention beautifully decorated! I was greeted with complimentary wine, chocolate, popcorn and a lovely sunset over the lake that I could view from windows lining the back of the house. This was the perfect scene for a quiet retreat. I took the kayak out on the water, sat by the fire pit, and read in the cozy living room. I even ventured into Cullman (about 30 Minutes away) for a delicious...

"We enjoyed our stay. The view of the landscape below was amazing. There was a rustic feel to the residence and the amenities were inviting. Its location provided quick access to both Mentone and Fort Payne to visit local markets and eateries. The only thing I could remotely site as a negative was our ability to hear conversation/snoring of occupants in the adjacent spaceI. Aside from the I recommend booking a stay. "

"It was Me and Husband and our two puppies.. We loved this cabin/ cottage . The pier is wonderful all of enjoyed our time on it . Fishing , crabing and just spending time in swings We even saw dolphins . We met some of the locals on the pier and they could not have been nicer . The owner Linda went out of her way to make sure we could watch our football games. We will be back !! "
