Rooms are old and not drink water in a bottle

Our room smelled like weed, blankets were stained, pillows looked nasty. My daughter's had a room and there was food that was never cleaned out of their fridge. Our bathroom ceiling had mold. There was no remotes and staff cldnt get us more towels because housekeeping had left for the day. It was nasty

Estoy en una habitación con mi familia y no tengo agua para usar el baño ni para ducharme y el personal no sabe cómo resolverme.
