“The location was great. My family enjoyed all of the amenities on the property and being right at the beach. The host was great and was very responsive to the questions that we had. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans that we needed to cook our meals. ”

“We love to stay at The Gulf Shores Plantation for our Spring Break vacations. The amenities there are great, and it’s very family-friendly. The management company was prompt and easy to communicate with. The unit was nice- the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook/grill during our stay. My only cons were the sofa was quite uncomfortable, and the floors needed to be swept and cleaned. ”

“Starting with the positives, it’s nicely situated on a small inlet that is about 3 feet deep and filled with oyster cribs. It’s pretty quiet with a lot of birds. The deck is nice to sit on and relax.The rooms and beds are nice, as are the bathrooms. The living space (LR and DR) is comfortable. It has a few amenities—the kayaks and cornhole boards—that are a plus. It’s a 10-minute drive to the ferry and Fort Morgan, a 20-minute drive to town, and a 15-minute walk to the ocean. The downsides are……

“Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud.”

“This property is simply as charming as can be. The location on the water couldn’t be any better. It’s absolutely as perfect as can be. This was our 4th or 5th time there. We will return next year, too. Owner has thought of EVERYTHING to make our vacay perfect. We met the neighbors and thoroughly enjoyed meeting them - lovely people that gave us sightseeing advice. We had sooo much fun!!!”

“Overall 4/5 rating. The bed frame needs replacement as it is cracked at each corner resulting in a very large amount of noise. Facilities are top notch and wellMaintained. Rental management firm great to deal with. Coffee machine failed and was replaced same day. ”
