“We had a great time at the resort! Clean and very friendly environment! The moment we entered the place, we already felt the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff! Special mention to Marielle and Ace! Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! The restaurants added convenience to your stay! Glad that there’s a resort……

“I have spent my life working and living in 5 star hotels worldwide. The Copenhagen room is perhaps the most dynamic, as in the perfect Hollywood romance movie setting. i have ever experienced. From a custom 4 poster bed that could easily sleep 4, which sits viewing the Volcano sitting in the middle of the lake. Its a setting one would never forget. The staff is outstanding, extremely well trained, and truly dedicated to their guests needs. I didn't find a single staff member who i wouldn't have……

“NO water, NO ICE, NO hair dryer and no shower curtain, so the floor gets wet. Didn't clean our rooms daily, without us hunting down someone after 4:00 pm. The floors are quite dirty. The staff is friendly and the internet connection is good. ”

“Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name……
