Clean room, and breakfast. Service is bad and very slow. Disappointed with the service from the staff at Seda Nuvali. Stayed at Seda in El Nido and service and staff are better.

Seda Nuvali lives with it's expectation. A hearty welcoming staff from the door man, reception, restaurant and security personal are all fabulous. The breakfast is scrumptious variety with Filipino dishes. I found the miso soup still stuck in my tongue. The gym was excellent. A walking distance to mall and all amenities from banking to crazy shopping places but the nightlife starts at TGI Friday. There is a pool and it not to be missed. Good room deco and room service is a great.

Nice stay overall but the AC in the room never got cool enough. Also was charged almost $100 US for one bag of laundry. Front desk staff corrected this after I complained but I felt like I was being scammed.

Seda Nuvali is an absolute gem of a place. We enjoyed our room which was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was the reason why my pants wont fit anymore. The dinner with music was magical. Cant wait to book there again.

Nice firm king bed with super soft sheets and good pillows for us to rest on after a full day of activities. The breakfast could get crowded in the peak later hours. They had a shuttle to the mall which was helpful when it was scorching hot for us Americans during the day. The staff were super wonderful. Overall, wonderful experience!

It was alright. We were upgraded to room 822. The room was big but it was near the road so the noise bothered me. Bath towels didn't smell fresh. Breakfast was just okay.

Very very rude staff, supervisors and managers at Misto Restaurant; we felt discriminated at the Misto Restaurant ; very unfriendly staff in other areas as well; our room was not cleaned daily; dirty restrooms areas; towels were not replaced daily; very strong fragrance inside the hotel causes headache; not a lot of food selections during the weekends brunch buffet for 1,500 Php net each person; to clean ceramic coffee cups and glasses they were soaked in a toilet sink- in our room- that was so gross; water was leaking from the ceiling in the gym area- safety issues and some machines were not working; overall a very terrible experience at SEDA Nuvali
