5/5 Excellent
Wow! Absolutely glorious.
"The property is in a rural location offering seclusion, peace and quiet amongst absolutely stunning surroundings of tree-lined hills.
The property consists of two buildings, each with two bedrooms. The main building is very spacious and offers a large, open-plan kitchen, dining-room, living room area complete with TV and table-football table. The annexe is a smaller building with just the two bedrooms and bathrooms.
The property is tiled throughout and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable indeed - this is our host's profession after all!
The swimming pool was immaculate and contained fresh water from his own private well that was amazingly clean meaning that very little chlorine was required. This made regular swimming a breeze, and there was even a fountain, inflatables, goggles and lights for night-time use.
Our host was SO attentive and the only thing that mattered too him was that we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. He went out of his way to ensure that the citronella candles were lit morning and evening to keep away mosquitos and he topped up and cleaned the pool daily. He even let us use the pizza oven and stayed with us from 3pm until 8pm to ensure we had no issues. It was so efficient we were able to cook bread in it the next morning. To access the property you will need your own transport, however with our hire cars we could easily use the park and ride to visit Rome and we easily drove to Pompeii down the motorway.
Overall: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :-)"
