"Extremely convenient location near the train station. Gated with a code to access. Basic rooms that are just what is needed for a brief/simple stay. Stayed in the room with a single (more of a couch style) and double bed. The room was small but comfortable, though did not look quite like the photos online (smaller). Clean and new bathroom. Snacks and coffee available in reception (some free, some at low cost). Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"We were very pleased with this hotel!! The staff are friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to help you when needed . There was a thunderstorm one evening and the patio flooded. The staff came and gave us umbrellas so we could return to our rooms without getting soaked even though they themselves got very wet!! The breakfast is very good and typical European foods!! Overall we are happy with our of choice hotel and look forward to returning after our cruise"

The city is very walkable providing you don't mind clocking up plenty of steps to get to the sights. The hotel room is comfortable, but the room was small with very limited storage. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff responsive."

"We stayed at Hotel Liberté as a family of three during our trip to Rome. Overall, we had a nice stay and really liked the neighborhood. It has a young, hip and artsy feel, with lots of little bars, restaurants and about 15-20 mins walk on side street from Termini Station. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, you’ll probably really like the area. One thing to keep in mind is that it gets very lively and loud at night, especially on weekends. There was quite a bit of street noise and people out at the bars until around 2–3am, so it may not be the best choice if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with young kids. We were travelling with our 8-year-old, so this was something we definitely noticed. We also experienced a strong cigarette smoke smell coming into our room, which seemed to be coming through the ventilation. This was uncomfortable for us, especially travelling with our daughter. We brought it to the hotel's attention and they were responsive and offered cleaning, fresh linens and compensation for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, the location and neighborhood were definitely highlights for us. I would recommend it to people who enjoy a younger, artsy area with nightlife and don't mind some noise at night."
