In our documentation, it states that you did report the jacuzzi and maintenance staff was sent to assess the issue. The issue shows as had been fixed. I'm unsure of why you gave us the score we received but we hope that you find a hotel better suited for your needs.

Each room has black-out curtains. If you could not find these, the front desk staff are available 24/7 to assist with issues like these. It may have been overlooked in the booking process, but hotels with elevators will include this in their amenities section. Our hotel does not advertise an elevator, so it is no surprise that when you arrived, we did not have one.

Our location relative to the airport gives us a huge leg up in terms of convenience. We also have the Shuttle which adds to the convenience factor. We're glad you enjoyed your stay

We are currently exploring more updates for the hotel. Currently, our pet friendly rooms have laminate wood style flooring.

Thank you for your wonderful review. We try and go above and beyond for our guests where we can. We try to maintain a knowledgeable staff to assist with guest matters at the hotel and the surrounding area.

I apologize for the parking. We have two lots available for parking, however on days where the hotel is sold out it may be an issue to find parking, especially if guests do not park their vehicles properly. One of the ways we try to prevent this is by letting guests know that if they take too many spaces in our lot, they may lose their incidental deposit.
