It’s ok for an overnight stay and convenient if you are going to convention center. Contactless key did not work for room and just a run of the mill hotel for quick stays.

Very nice hotel, clean, parking was challenging and required scanning a q code, we did not have app and had to get attendant to assist us.

We booked a 2 beds bedroom for 3 people and when we arrived they told us they only had a 1 bed bedroom because they were sold out. They said I should contact the third party to request a refund. Horrible service

Why only 2 creamers in the room making us go all the way back down for more? Front desk staff had no idea of the area they work in

Staff upon check in was great; staff interaction on another day (front desk) was not pleasant. No signage noted for breakfast nor price change variance from Friday to Saturday.

Staff was fantastic. Area Wass a little sketchy with homeless. The smell of pot was gross.

There was hardly any occupancy and they put an infant right next to me who creed all night. Guide did not work on tv or remote. Vanity mirror did not work. Horrible patching of ceiling problems with wrong product.

Parking is a complete hassle and in/out inconvenience. Parking is open for anyone willing to pay and therefore fills up even though you prepaid for x# nights as hotel guest.

My two night stay at the Doubletree Albuquerque NM...room 1317...the room phone did not work, the inside latch to the door was missing, the toilet was brown stained up to two inches below the rim, there wasn't any documentation in the room about amenities the hotel offered...my Hilton #1688365624

I stayed three night and my room was never cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk every night for more coffee pods and bath towels for the next morning and to remind them to service my room. Despite reminding, nothing got done.

Hello NIkia, I see you rated us 3 out of 5, is there anything you would like to share with us about your stay.
The parking is a nightmare, the hotel uses a third party parking system that does not work properly. My experience has taken days to get the issue with this resolved. The hotel itself is very nice, but not nice enough that I would consider returning for a stay. It is also around $20 additional per day on top of an already high daily rate.

Room was very dated. Called in the morning and Requested house keeping as it is by request. At 3pm no housekeeping arrived. I called again at 4pm requesting housekeeping was again told someone would come. I returned to my room at 10pm to see no housekeeping had come. After a long day this was extremely frustrating. Poor breakfast selection as well. Very disappointing. The only benefit was close proximity to the convention center.
