I loved how safe I felt. And the sweet lady who checked me in was so amazing. I got in at 2 AM and the airline lost my luggage. She was so sweet and compassionate and offered to help get me any essentials I needed. The entire stay was very pleasant, I have no complaints.

Since I was mostly at the Convention ctr, this property was extremely convenient - you never have to go outside, it’s connected & easily walkable…Friendly, helpful staff, esp the airport shuttle driver, Charlie - so personable & helpful! One of the few hotels that had this service - again, appreciated that!
