Je trouve le petit déjeuner un peu limite avec peu de choix. Pendant mon séjour, j’ai trouvé que la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous ! J’ai trouvé une carafe à la réception avec de l’eau parfumée et dans laquelle j’ai trouvé de la moisissure dedans (imaginez si un enfant a soif et qu’il décide d’en boire…) !!! Dans la chambre où j’ai séjourné, j’ai trouvé des sucettes et plein de poussière partout. En arrivant, la chambre n’était pas préparée et j’ai dû faire le lit pour ma fille, car vous n’étiez même pas capable de faire ça pour vos clients !! Les portes de l’hôtel sont restée ouvertes pendant tout le soir, sans personne à la réception ou alors un sécuritas !!! Il y a pas d’entretien sur la piscine et le jardin et si vous voulez utiliser le spa, jacuzzi et la piscine d’intérieur, pas de chance parce que ils était fermées pour manutention !! Les couloirs étaient bien sales, et on est obligé de réserver le service de nettoyage pour que les femmes de ménage puissent venir nous nettoyer la chambre, je trouve ça absurde !!! Franchement, ne vous laissez pas avoir par les photos qui datent de l’ouverture de l’hôtel. Vraiment déçu de cet hotel ! On nous fait rever avec de magnifiques photos, mais l'etablissement resemble plutôt à un hôtel à l'abandon... Pas de spa en juillet ! c est bizzare quand meme!?? Une tres grande piscine sans maître nageur (On nous fait signer une decharge) ok Mais pediluve vide et la douche ne fonctionne pas ! De plus l herbe pousse sur les dalles ... on en vient a se demander si l eau est contrôlée?? L 'extérieur à du être magnifique mais il n' est plus entretenu comme sur les photos ! Palmier sec, branches seche , des epines de pin partout ... (même sur notre balcon) Quand on arrive a 15h30 on ne voit personne. ( on va dire normal la chambre n est dispo qu'a 16h) enfin quelqu'un passe à côté de nous mais rentre dans un burau sans même nous dire bonjour... 16h enfin une personne sympa c est le monsieur de l accueil ! On arrive à la chambre... Elle sent une horrible odeur de renfermer !! Le menage est un peu juste : cheveux encore dans le coin de la douche, pas de gobelets, moustiques ecrasés sur le mur et le miroir et le balcon pas balayer avec une table sale ! Aller sinon on va dire que le lit etait bien . Je pense le seul point positif . Mais on ne dort pas tard car beaucoup bruit le matin au déçu de nous, certainement les femmes de ménages !! On a juste l impression que le l on demenage la chambre. Bref...
