There were dead cockroachs in the room. It was dusty and the corners of the rooms were dirty. The furniture is old. It needs a good cleaning and some paint.

We specifically stayed here because of the “Excellent” reviews. There was nothing excellent about it. The place was old and dirty. There was hair on a few of our towels. Luckily we didn’t see anything on the bed linens. The breakfast was terrible and they were out of waffle batter by 845 and not willing to Refill it. That was the only thing worth eating. Luckily there was a smoothie shop right down the road for breakfast. I will absolutely never stay here again!!

Pretty typical for Country Inn. Some issues, washing machines didn't work, printers in business center out of ink, these are really easy things to fix if someone would pay a little attention (and pay for the fix.) Area is somewhat isolated, not much withing walking distance and no sidewalks on the highway. Breakfast was Ok but crowded and not enough tables or staff to keep up with demand. Check in was good, staff friendly and helpful to the extent management allowed, see above.

Overall it was a good stay. Our only issues-Our room didn’t get cleaned on the first morning. On Friday morning the breakfast lady started putting things away about 20 minutes before breakfast was over.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and the staff was constantly making sure the food was available and hot. Parking is easy but they share a lot with the convention center which can make it a little difficult when events occur. It's an older hotel but in very good condition.

we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was quiet so we were able to rest well. The breakfast area was clean and nice and there was a wide variety of offerings. We would stay there again.

The website said checkout was at 12. At the hotel, I was informed checkout was at 11 House keeping was banging on the door for us to be out at 11:00. The first room we were in the air conditioning was not working so we were sweating for about 3 hours before they changed our room. Are these things covered on the extra I paid for insurance?
