An okay nice hotel. Hotel has a restaurant and pool. Room was of a nice size. Bed and bedding was comfortable. A bit noisy from street traffic. A little walk to restaurants and shopping.

We recently stayed for one night before our cruise and loved it so much we’re coming back for two more nights after.
What truly stands out is the incredible staff. Their level of customer service is top-notch! While we were checking out and leaving some bags before heading to the port, there was a difficult situation with another (very unreasonable) guest at the front desk. The way the team handled it was truly impressive—professional, calm, and composed. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who took care of it all—she was amazing at de-escalating the situation and maintaining a great atmosphere.
Huge kudos to the team—your professionalism didn’t go unnoticed!

Stephanous was positively incredible. He made sure that everything flowed very smoothly from excellent food service to even going out of his ways to providing an umbrella during a short rain shower.
