"We had a great time! We went for the beach and that’s what we got! The house was very accommodating and the open floor plan allowed us to enjoy some much needed family time! The fact that we didn’t have to fight for a spot on the beach or rent beach equipment was worth it for my wife and I. I think the kids (ages 16-20) would have liked to have been a little closer to a beach town but when it was all said and done, we had a great time and would recommend this house as a great, low key vacation getaway!"

"thanks to the host for renting the Bunker out. Very custom built house with 2 master beds bunkbed kid room on 2nd floor and 3 master bed bunkbeds kid room on 3rd floor. Each floor has kitchen and living room. Dinning room on 2nd floor which we spent good meal time there. It is directly located on the beach that is very enjoyable and across the small road you can get to the Bayside. We did paddle boat at Bayside and fished near marina area and caught founders and croakers, not to mention the annoying catfish. We had a trip to Baldpoint Park, Wakula springs, SGI. HIGHLY recommended the springs, make sure to jump into the spring head, fun!"

"I just want to express my deepest gratitude for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, it brought such a sense of peace, calm, and relaxation — exactly what our family needed.Being able to paddleboard alongside the dolphins was absolutely incredible. It felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by so much beauty and tranquility. The breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and the precious quality time we shared together are memories we will cherish forever.Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for opening your home to us and creating such a special place where we could reconnect, unwind, and enjoy every moment. Your Private Slice of the Forgotten Coast—Steps to Sand

10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay here so much and we were very sad to go! The place was AMAZING! It is family friendly and pet friendly. The beach and ocean are right where you can see them and easy to access. Utilize the outdoor shower to helo with sand tracking in and out. The laundry room is located down stairs next to the outdoor shower. Bring extra big spray!!! The flies bite pretty good right before a rain. We aren't a super wealthy family so our main chunk of money went to the house so we cooked everything at the house. The trash service runs once a week so it was a tight squeeze for 6 people for a whole week but we made it work! There are beautiful views and breathtaking sunrises and you can sit on the deck or in the living room and see it because of the massive windows in the living room! When the tide goes out at night you can go explore and find all kinds of creatures in thw shallows. Wear sunscreen! And we made sure to have hats on and that helped alot! Overall we highly recommend this place and it is private as well. It was well worth the money and it was a wonderful experience!"
