“My experience at this property was disappointing due to significant communication and organizational issues. There is no traditional front desk or on-site reception, and guests are required to call ahead to notify staff of their arrival and arrange check-in. While this may work for some travelers, it was not clearly communicated and created unnecessary confusion. The most concerning issue occurred when the property incorrectly accused members of my group of conduct that did not take place. It……

“The room was clean, cold and the microwave/fridge was wonderfully useful. I am ashamed of some of the folks thar left negative reviews on Google and otherwise. The only negative thing I would mention is thar the pool was quite small since the photos showed the pool being larger but it was still enjoyable and the stay was fantastic. Thank you.”

“Fifty-dollar cash deposit was demanded at check-in. Empty (as in dry) Pool. No fridge in room. No coffee maker or ironing board in room. Soap, but no shampoo. Parking area strewn with litter. Basic cable only. Just two towels in bathroom. No 'do not disturb' door hanger. Guests hollering in the halls at night. General third-world vibe. Surprisingly, the wi-fi worked fine. But, to add insult to injury, the only restaurant within walking distance was Captain D's.”
