"The place was great! The pool table was an added bonus. Our dog loved the fenced-in front yard. Perfect place to find plenty of hiking trails in Bald Point State Park and St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge. Our hosts were awesome. We really enjoyed our visit. We highly recommend this place. "

"We LOVED our stay at the Tiki House. The location is on our favorite part of Alligator Point (Mud Cove). Our son loves to cast the net for the Mullet and Shrimp that come into the Mud Cove area during this time of year. Loved the large kitchen bar that was perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The screened porch is so comfortable along with the wonderful views from the adjoining deck. We enjoyed everything about the Tiki House. Thank you, Russ and Tam, for another wonderful memory at Alligator Point!!"

Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils needed. The house is right on the water with convenient access. The front yard was perfect for our dog. The beach amenities were great.
