"The best place ever! I would give them a 12 out of 10 if I could. The hosts are great to deal with., quick response and super nice people - and no I am not an old friend or relative! House is immaculate, with all the little extras like baggies, chip clips, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, doggie doo bags. Let alone the bikes, kayaks, fishing equipment, extra towels and my favorite - a vacuum! And it's a dyson. I can't tell you the number of longer term stays we've been in that have no vacuum, or one that is a POS. Beautiful view, sunsets and privacy from beach walkers. Quiet setting, sweet neighbors next door and good restaurants that require a fifteen minute drive, but are good. The Trident and Hamaknockers stand out in our book. We will return and recommend this place to anyone who will listen."

"We are a family of 11 adults from Boston, CT, NYC, & TX who gathered for a 4-day reunion and visit elderly grandparents at St Teresa. Nikki’s place was magical! From the moment we stepped inside we were bowled over by the views, spaciousness and cleanliness of the home, and a kitchen & dining space that is perfect for our “tribe.” Nikki has decorated and equipped the home so beautifully and thoughtfully! For a mid-February stay, the weather was perfect. We got to experience one dramatic storm and then beautiful warm weather perfect for long walks on the beach in jeans and t-shirts. Having a grill was so great for a celebration dinner as our youngest son proposed to his girlfriend there on the beach. Nikki went the extra mile to put us in contact with a professional photographer (Jenna Reichert) who came by for family photos. I wholeheartedly give this stunning home a thousand stars — Thank you Nikki! "

What we enjoy the most about the house is the location in a quiet, non-crowded area away from traffic, with only the birds and sea life surrounding us. The view of sunrise and sunset from the screened porch is beyond compare!"
