“Room had no hot water the whole stay. Mold all over ac unit. Floors sticky. They gave me half used toilet paper rolls. Stains on sheet. Bathroom wall has a bunch of stains. No refrigerator . No microwave. Stained sheets. Cigarette whole burns in blanket Hotel knew the hot water was down and of course didn’t mention it to me while checking in. Room 153.I know this is a “budget” hotel but I’m an Otr truck driver and never had a room without a refrigerator even for budget hotels. No hot water is my……

“This was a 1 night stay over. Comfortable bed, Clean room, enjoyed all of the wall murals throughout. Front desk staff was friendly. We would stay here again.”

“Parking was safe and easy. The weekend breakfast buffet far exceeded the weekday one, which was predominantly vending-machine fair and barely edible. Staff members were friendly and helpful, although it's disappointing that no cleaning of the room or replacement of towels/washcloths took place. We asked for the latter at the desk, where they were handed to us. The floors and carpeting were filthy! Apparently seldom vacuumed, and evidently never steam-cleaned.”

“Booked this property for one night to attend a work event in the area. Was amazing. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was amazing. ”

“The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Spider webs and dead roaches on the floor. My wife and daughter were paranoid of bugs and rodant sounds throughout the night and did not sleep. Booked the room for 2 nights and left after the first night. They would not refund us for the second night. Also, there were people being loud outside the room. Someone wiggled the door handle. Police were outside searching the area for evidence from a crime. Just a terrible experience. Terrible customer……
