Great pool area and easy access to lots of restaurants

Pleasant stay, there was no availability for dinner even though multiple tables were empty. We sat at the bar for dinner and drinks, service was slow. Valet was slow. Room was clean.

It was just ok. We wouldn’t stay there again in the future.

I like this hotel and the nice pool, and had stayed here once before with no issues. However, this trip the front desk staff was very disappointing and their incompetence took precious time out of my trip. I was assigned room 100. Found it to be occupied when i opened the door. Yikes! Next, was assigned room 101. All was fine until i returned to my room that evening and was locked out. Front desk looked up my reservation and said I was supposed to be in room 103 instead (not the room i had already stayed in for a night). I still had another night and requested to stay in the same room. My key card was reactivated and I stayed the second night. Fyi. My room was located where construction was happening right across the street. The back up beeping noise from their equipment was constant all day and annoying as I was working in my room. The issues with room assignment are concerning as a hotel is in the reservations business! I expected better from Radisson!
