"The way the bath and shower had been designed is just inacceptable : it is just impossible to take your shower without banging your head on the ceiling which is very low.
In the room next to ours, it was the same!
You cannot 5* to a hotel, where you do not have the possibility to take a shower in normal conditions, this is the basics ."
"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great.
But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee.
Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."
"Cour d'Alsace is a beautiful historic Alsacion hotel. It has more modern wings added to the original building and they are very nicely done. The styling, decor etc is first class and our room was quite large, beautifully appointed with one of the biggest and best bathrooms we have ever experienced in Europe. The parking is on site and so convenient. The hotel is right near the central square so location is perfect. There is also an indoor swimming pool and sauna.

"The room was good and spacious. Parking very convenient and good location easy to access and walking distance from the city center. The spa is a wonderful plus. I just wish the breakfast was better like other hotels in the area that offer more cheeses and charcuterie. I rather have the Nespresso at breakfast than in my room."
