"The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! some of the reviews were not great, and next to train station. i stayed for 4 nts and went to the circus. i did not go near the train station at night but went the other direction and it was fine even walking or riding a bike at night. the hotel itself is nice with a nice bar in the lobby. there were people downstairs at night enjoying cocktails. there is a coffee shop and a grocery store across the street which were very convenient. a great place to stay outside of town and very convenient to where the circus was performing"
