"Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant.
Food was awesome too.
Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars. "

I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture…

"The house offered everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful view. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and yet close to Valloire for shopping. We made beautiful walks in the immediate area."

The property had a very strong overpowering smell like sewage drains.
It was dirty, with even pubic hair on the duvets.
Doors didn't close, holes in the walls and burnt radiator. Very poorly maintained.

"The house was just 2 min drive from the Express lift to Val Thorones, however we were very surprised by not having towels at the property, neither soaps. The steps leading to the property were very steep and dangerous and the railings for the steps on the first and second floor were unsteady. Our feet walking on the floor were black and, in general, the house was not well cleaned. "
