Ants everywhere. Black mold in bathroom. Have to pay if you want additional towels or have the room serviced. Amazing views. Staff very friendly. The shuttle into town was very helpful. Maiori is older so it was nice to be out of the town.

The walking path that begins at the property and climbs and snakes through vineyards and above lemon trees, leading finally down to Maiori makes for both a beautiful walk and exercise!

Location on the edge of the cliff is nice, however it is far from everything. There is a shuttle but they charge a fee for each use. Also, the beach is a dangerous walk on the highway to get to and there is a pretty hefty fee to use it. The part of the hotel open to Expedia users feels like a 2nd class citizen acomodations. Entrance is through the service area. I would not recommend to any family.

The hotel is within walking distance to the town center. Over there, a lot of food/drink can be found. Check-in is not in the same building. Need to drive carefully since the road is narrow and not easy turn around. The staff is nice.

We had a very nice stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Check in for the apartments was at the hotel, just around the corner. Bistro was booked out. So be sure to make reservations early.

Breathe taking views! Exclusivity of area. No crowds like in Positano or Almafi. We had the town to ourselves. I would suggest a sign on door for check in for apartments. We were dropped at the unmanned lobby originally causing some confusion. It is aways around the bend. They took good care of us. Especially Amronella!

Location is amazing with a stunning view. Room was clean and cool. The walk down the hill is a bit sketchy due to the curves and traffic, but it’s very close to an amazing restaurant and the town is very near by.

We checked into the residence part (there is a hotel and residence) and what a difference. The front desk treated the residence as peasants. We did not get proper towels, like the hotel guests received. They gave us bedsheets instead and told us to use these as towels. Not to mention that this is the first hotel I have ever been to in my life that said if we wanted more towels, it would be an extra 20 euro for every towel. Our bed felt like we were sleeping on a piece of wood - VERY uncomfortable. Front desk told us if we wanted them to bring our car to us, we had to call 40 mins in advance. Absolutely ridiculous. It was our honeymoon and the lady at the front desk did nothing to accommodate or upgrade us. She told us we could stay at the hotel for one night only (our stay at the residence was for 6) for an additional 600 euro plus tax. We noticed some things that were on the website were not in our room (couch, bathrobes, we had one wine glass between the two of us). We called expedia to refund us our stay so that we can just leave completely and go to a different hotel - expedia contacted the property and the property told them that they wouldn't refund us anything, so if we wanted to leave, they'd keep all our money. It wasn't a cheap room either, we paid 385 per night. It was clean, sure, but everything above made the experience crap. The men in the valet section were pleasant people, but it ends there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was very nice and very helpful but the room was not at all as advertised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the TV was tiny and the shower was barely large enough for an average sized adult making it very awkward. We checked out after one night even though we were supposed to stay for a week. Very disappointing experience. This was supposed to be a fantastic finally to our vacation, instead it was disappointing and a huge inconvenience trying to find somewhere else to stay last minute.

We had a sea view and it was magnificent! We had never had such a beautiful view anywhere else. The apartment is clean and has equipped kitchen. The staff is nice and the service is very good. We stayed for 5 nights and had few requests during our stay and everything was accommodated promptly. Negative: there is no sidewalk and it's hard to reach the property by walking. You need to walk on the main road which is not safe, especially when walking with kids. This is the main reason we will probably not come back if we ever return to Maiori. Also, the sofa bed is not comfortable and it's very squeaky. The staff tried to fix it but it didn't help. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location of this property was very good with easy walk to town, quick access to bus stop and a very nice local beach for swimming. But the rooms were sparse, fold out bed was very uncomfortable, and many basic supplies (like bottle opener) missing from the kitchen.

I asked for shuttle and they were going to call me a taxi for Naples for a Cost of 120euro when they had a sign at the hotel That a shuttle was 79euro .
