“Les piscines n'étaient pas fonctionelles”

“Absolutely amazing, only stayed one night whilst visiting family and the staff and family are lovely. Food is amazing and plenty of it. Had a hyena and a giraffe outside our rooms during the night!”

“This place is absolutely stunning and much larger than I expected it to be. There are 3 large viewing decks so seeing animals at all hours of the day is easy. The staff are so friendly and surprised the guests with a dance and song after a boma dinner. Food also was amazing. ”

“L'endroit est magnifique, le repas fut excellent...mais dommage pour cette panne d'électricité qui nous a fait paraître le temps un peu long alors que nous étions arrivés vers 4pm. Nous devions avoir une unité Self catering mais avons eu une chambre de base ( pourtant signalée sur gradée )”

“Communication between Gem in the Bush and us before arrival was good and clear, providing detailed entry and check-in instructions to enter the estate. Room was clean and in good condition but very basic. Staff were polite and courteous. The reception area, dining room and kitchen are all in one room as you enter so it is not pleasant to be checking in whilst other occupants are dining. The walkway from the parking to the front entry is not lit up at night so a torch is necessary. Maybe some……

“Over het geheel leuke accommodatie. Wat er wel zou moeten zijn is een airco op de kamer . Voor de prijs en de hitte in de zomer . De fan kan alleen maar gardven heel hard wat erg hard waait als je ligt te slapen . We vonden t zwembad in verhouding met de aantal huisje best klein . En deze kan wat love and care gebruiken . ”
