I wanted to love this hotel, I really did. It has a great location with amazing view. I’m going to preface this review by saying that the hotel manager/reception manager was AWESOME and went above and beyond to help us and make us welcome. She is the only reason this gets an “ok” rather than a terrible. ...

It’s a thrilling expression in the middle of the forest. A true reflection of the pictures, the villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. Worst hotel in this universe
The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide ...
