Pros: Really nice staff. Great breakfast and liquor bar. Cons: The shower curtain rod was broken and I reported it the first day and again the second day of a five day stay and it never was fixed. The hotel doesn't have a covered guests drop off and pick up area and when it rained the the water was ...
It's a no-frills hotel, but that's to be expected - the price is very good. I traveled alone for work - check in late, out early in the morning - so all I want is a clean, comfortable place for one night to sleep, shower and eat a quick breakfast - that's what I got. A great and affordable place to stay in Ames. Pretty neat and decent.
Newer property in a growing areas of restaurants (many), stores and big box stores. The hotel was very quiet. Our room was across from the elevator and we didn't even hear it. On the downside the pool was a little small and breakfast was just average. We'd stay here again.
The location is great, the restaurant is very accommodating, the staff was very good. I did have a problem with a room order dinner but the salad that was delivered (eventually...) was very good.
Clean and smelled good. This can be a deal-maker or breaker. Good job, Ames staff and management!
Very friendly management. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the highway
Room was very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok nothing great.
Loved everything “Minimum 50 characters” is why I never do this survey
